Vendor Booth - $150
Food Vendor Booth $425*
*You are considered a 'Food Vendor' if you are operating out of a Food Truck or preparing food on-site. If you are selling prepackaged food, you will be considered a Vendor Booth
VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN BOTH FESTIVALS DAYS
If you will only be marketing and providing information about your company as opposed to selling items, then you must provide an activity or a giveaway item at your booth.
All materials, games, and activities must be approved. The City of Katy has the right to refuse any vendor or activity. Any activities that could lead to injury or risk such as but not limited to games, exercises, food, supplements, slides, etc. will require the vendor to carry his or her own insurance policy with a waiver of subrogation and listing the City of Katy as an additional insured and/or proper Health Department paperwork.
Exhibit Space:

Exhibit spaces measure 10 feet deep by 10 feet wide. NO UTILITIES ARE PROVIDED.

Food vendors who need power must use their own generator (only quiet generators are allowed). Work and personal belongings, such as tables, chairs, and boxes, must be contained within assigned space.

Food vendors using a truck and trailer set-up must disconnect their vehicle and park out of festival boundaries.

Exhibitors are required to bring a canopy and it must be weighted and secured from wind gusts and other weather related reasons.

The canopy can be no larger than 10’ x 10’.

Please bring your own drinks and snacks for you and your staff or be prepared to utilize the attending Food Vendors and Drink Booths.

If approved, you will be contacted with the next steps to complete the Vendor
Booth Agreement and make payment.
